CHAIN AND STORE PRICES
One shared catalogue. Prices tailored to each store.
Stores use the chain catalogue price by default. If you enter a store-specific price for an item, that store uses this price when selling the item.
Choose how to organise pricing: centralised prices for all stores, or default chain prices with local prices for one or more items.
No store-specific price: the catalogue price applies. With a store-specific price: the local price takes precedence.

At Laiterie Gilbert, we deploy integrated iotill Pay payments with the PAX A35 terminal. The till sends the amount and prints the card receipt directly.

The terminal captures the payment; a secure remote server processes the transaction. iotill Pay integrates with the till to support checkout and payment tracking.
The amount goes straight to the terminal
The till sends the payment amount directly to the terminal. No need to enter the amount again.
Automatic reconciliation
iotill Pay payments are automatically matched to sales in iotill, so you can track sales and payments together.
Digital receipts
iotill Pay supports digital payment receipts. With the integrated setup, the card receipt can also be printed directly at the till.
A faster checkout
Sending the amount and receiving the payment result are built into the sales process, reducing manual steps. Processing time depends in part on the connection.
Transactions remain on the server
A terminal failure does not erase transactions already recorded on the remote server. A connection is required to transmit the payment and obtain its status.

- The store uses the chain catalogue price by default. When a store-specific price is entered for an item, that store uses it when selling the item. You can keep centralised prices or adapt one or more items for each store.
