One receipt. Three possibilities.
On their smartphone, your customer scans the QR code on a receipt issued by an iotill checkout, ordering kiosk or scale. They can create their compliant invoice, customer account or loyalty card, according to their needs.
They choose one or more services. The three options are independent.

Here, customers use the QR code for services after their purchase. Retrieving a scale ticket at checkout is a separate use.
SERVICE COUNTERS AND CHECKOUTS

At checkout, scan the QR code on the scale ticket or retrieve it from the list of tickets not yet processed at checkout. The scale ticket’s item details are included in the checkout receipt.

- Chain or store price: how does it work?
- The store uses the chain catalogue price by default. When a store-specific price is entered for an item, that store uses it when selling the item. You can keep centralised prices or adapt one or more items for each store.
- Does the iotill POS prepare electronic invoicing?
- The POS, iotill Cloud Scale, Pocket and kiosks share the iotill software base. Business management, also accessible in iotill Cloud, prepares Factur-X invoices and the documents and data for e-invoicing and e-reporting. Your reseller specifies the transmission setup for your business.
- What can customers do with the QR code on an iotill receipt?
- On their smartphone, customers scan the QR code on a receipt issued by an iotill checkout, ordering kiosk or scale. They can create their compliant invoice, customer account and/or loyalty card. These services are independent: customers choose the ones they need.
- Where do you record losses and stock intake?
- These operations take place at the iotill POS: record lost products with quantities and reasons, or add stock quantities by scanning or selecting products. The losses dashboard and multi-format exports are available at the POS; iotill Cloud centralises stock management.
- Are purchase prices required for stock valuation?
- Yes. Stock valuation requires product purchase prices to be entered. It complements monitoring of available quantities.
- Can I manage a product catalogue and stock remotely?
- Yes. iotill Cloud centralises categories, products, promotions, suppliers and stock. You can import and export stock data in Excel and view its valuation, provided product purchase prices have been entered.
- Can prices and VAT vary by sales mode?
- Yes. Configure prices and VAT rates for each mode in iotill Cloud. Selecting dine-in, takeaway, Click & collect or delivery at the POS applies the corresponding settings.
- Which accounting exports are available?
- iotill Cloud lets you configure your chart of accounts and select general or analytical accounting exports. Logs, closing reports and fiscal archives are available in the Cloud.
- What is the difference between iotill Cloud and iotill Analytics?
- iotill Cloud centralises sales, stock and store management. iotill Analytics lets you explore sales by product, supplier, till, staff member, sales mode, loyalty, payment and time, then compare periods.
- How do I log in to iotill Cloud?
- The Log in button opens cloud.iotill.com. Your reseller provides login details when you sign up and also assists with access requests.
